About Limkokwing University
Since its founding in 1991, the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology has been responsive to market demands. It is driven by a solid responsibility to produce graduates capable of smoothly transitioning from classroom to workplace. Established as a response to the Sixth Malaysia Plan (1991-1995), which prioritized education to fuel national development, the university aimed to address the need for skilled and creative human resources. This strategic focus has enabled Limkokwing University to evolve significantly, responding to the economic imperative of enhancing Malaysia’s export capabilities through innovative design, planning, and strategic thinking.
