Upper Nile University, established on February 9, 1991, following a decree from the Council of Ministers (Sudan), has a rich history deeply intertwined with South Sudan’s journey to independence and subsequent nation-building efforts. - Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as health sciences, biology, or social sciences.
