About Us
Founded in 1894 as the Solusi Mission, Solusi University is Africa’s first Seventh-day Adventist mission station. It started as a centre for evangelistic and basic educational training for the local community. Over time, the mission’s vision expanded, and by the mid-twentieth century, it was offering secondary education, a clear testament to its forward-thinking and progressive approach.
1991, the Zimbabwean government granted Solusi University University status, making it the country’s first private university. This transformation opened new avenues for the institution, allowing it to offer a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business, education, religion, and the arts. Today, Solusi University is renowned for its academic excellence and the integration of Christian values into its curriculum, attracting a diverse student body from across Africa and beyond.

Undergraduate Programs:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
- Eligibility: 5 ‘O’ level passes, including English and Mathematics, plus relevant ‘A’ level passes.
